This little quiz is a self-evaluation of the current level of your listening skills, as well as
how you perceive your partner’s listening skills. Even if you don’t have a
significant other at this time, this checklist will be helpful in the future. So the next time you enter into a relationship, you’ll be more aware of behaviors that could support or thwart a loving partnership. Think about how often you do the following behaviors, and write in the number that reflects its frequency of occurrence. On a scale from 1-3, rate yourself accordingly: 1 = never, 2 = sometimes, 3 = often. Then total your scores and compare. 36 points per partner is a perfect score.
