CoreCoaching sessions start with a 90 minute interview via Zoom, FaceTime or phone and build a customized plan designed with your personal objectives in mind. Sessions are scheduled as needed. Sessions range from 15 minute check in sessions to 60 minute working sessions.

*ADHD is a condition characterized by restlessness, impulsivity and distractibility. Highly creative and opportunistic, these persons are prone to anxiety and depression as they fall short of their potential and are frustrated by their challenges. They may or may not have executive functioning difficulties.
**Executive functioning is the ability to get tasks done, done well and on time. Executive Functions also include: time management, self-monitoring, task monitoring, emotional control, plan/organization, execution, working memory, inhibition, and transitioning.
